Confidence

A lack of confidence can increase feelings of stress, anxiety and unhappiness and places barriers around opportunities.  It stops you from doing the things you want to do and living life to your full potential.

If you lack confidence you may focus on perceived criticism, disregarding praise or positive feedback.  This stems from a persistent belief about yourself held in your subconscious mind, that will stay the same regardless.
