Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
We all store trauma in our bodies and develop coping mechanisms to deal with fears and negative behaviours. This can disrupt the natural flow of energy in the body and create blockages.

EFT involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points while focussing on negative or unhappy memories or thoughts. The tapping process clears negative energy associated with these memories or thoughts, reducing negatives emotions, physical pain and shifting your beliefs from something you can do rather than something you can't. This reduces negative emotions
