Relaxation

When we’re feeling stressed, our bodies release hormones that increase our blood pressure and raises our heart rate.  Called the stress response.  Relaxation techniques can help our body to relax and lower our blood pressure and heart rate. Relaxation can help us:

  • Sleep better

  • Lower anxiety and depression

  • Relax muscles

  • Reduce pain

  • Boost energy

  • Gain a sense of calmness and confidence

  • Improve coping abilities

During a 30 minute relaxation session you don’t need to do anything. You can simply chill out and listen to me talk you through a beautiful visualisation,
